We service and repair all years, makes and models both foreign and domestics; everything from a Smart Car up to a School Bus, and yes, we do work on RVs.

Yes, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty; however, we do not warranty the labor on customer supplied parts.

Yes, the discount we receive from the reputable tow truck companies we deal with is the same discount we offer you. Towing is free on all major overhauls.

Yes, drop off your vehicle anytime, leave a note over the visor with a contact name and cell/phone number. It is always a good idea to remove your valuables and secure your doors. Deposit your keys through the mail slot. The building is secure. We will call you to confirm and discuss your vehicle.

Yes, we can give you a ride to and from anywhere within a 5 mile radius. We will also pick you up when your vehicle is completed during regular office hours.

Absolutely! Depending on the repairs or overhaul, the warranty can be up to 24mo/24,000 miles or more.

We will give you a free phone estimate based on what you are experiencing. We will also give you a free phone estimate on Engine & Transmission Overhauls; however, we cannot give free diagnosis due to the amount of manpower needed, and the diagnostic equipment used. Once your vehicle is here, we can give you a true estimate, which may be lower due to only needing a repair.

According to most automotive manufacturers, it’s recommend to have oil and filter change done at different mileage intervals. To be safe, a rule of thumb is to change the oil and oil filter every 3000 miles, or every 3 months. If you’re using new synthetic oil, this service can be done at longer mileage intervals. Please, refer to the owner’s manual for proper service intervals.

Your instrument panel (dashboard) should always light up upon start up. This is a test to check that all bulbs are working, but if the check engine light stays on there is a potential major problem, and you should bring it in right away.

If you notice a decrease in fuel mileage, your car may be running rough. This may be an indication that your car is ready for a tune-up.

We will accept a deposit on the job and payment in full upon completion; however, we do not finance work completed on a vehicle at this time.
